Project Overview
The Residence Inn is a $27 million select-service hotel project with 138 rooms and 4,000 square feet ground floor commercial space. This site is at the southwest corner of Colonial Drive and Orange Avenue at the northern gateway of Downtown Orlando. The development team was led by Ustler Group of Companies in partnership with Pinnacle Hotel Management. The hotel opened on July 31, 2015.
Location
The Residence Inn is another exciting addition to the emerging North Quarter District in Downtown Orlando, which is a fast-growing neighborhood with several notable new apartment, office and restaurant projects.
The Residence Inn by Marriott, Downtown Orlando is located at the northern gateway to the Central Business District. The hotel is close to important assets such as the Amway Center, Lake Eola, Florida Hospital Health Village, Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, the Orange County Courthouse and the LYNX Central Station SunRail station. Local Neighborhoods in the area include the North Quarter, Thornton Park, Eola Heights and Ivanhoe Village.
